" I am an avid coin collector. I have been to every coin shop in Thurston and Pierce County looking for special coins. I have never written a review for any business so when Frank asked me to I told him that I would someday and that was only if I thought he earned it. Well it’s been over a year since we had that conversation and here’s the deal. There are several coin stores that I really like. What sets Frank’s apart is that I trust him. Not just from dealing with him myself, but from the way I see him communicate with other people. He is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly he is honest. I have personally witnessed him call a customer and offer them more money than he originally paid them because one of the coins he purchased turned out to be a higher grade. Now that’s honest folks. I’ve never heard of anyone doing that. When he got off the phone I asked him if I heard him right and his response was “that’s only fair.”
